Accepted Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To start a return, please contact us at support@glowingnomad.com. Kindly note that items mailed back without our prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges so if you decide you’d prefer a different item, we are happy to help. Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and the product you're interested in, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Product Condition

For a return to be valid, the products condition must be new only. This requires the item to be unused, stored in its original packaging, and still have all tags attached.

Return Window

You have a 30-day window starting from the day your order was delivered to request a return.

Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail. Once we approve your request, we will provide a return address and instructions on how to ship your package. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during the journey back to us.

Return Label

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Restocking Fee

We believe in a transparent shopping experience, which is why our restocking fees come at no cost to you.

Refund Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund is processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
